VolViCon is an application for three-dimensional visualization and image analysis of well-known modalities such as computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance (MR), ultrasound, and X-ray images. It provides a wide variety of tools to analyse volume and surface data, exports 3D surfaces or volumes as triangular mesh files for 3D printing, and includes high-quality visualization, linear and angular measurement tools, and several markup types. It accepts a single raw volume file or a sequence of 2D (DICOM) files and reconstructs 3D volume (voxels) and surface (mesh) models.
